I try to balance it out. The intention is use his ideas as a basis (what will be the core escence of this story and, like this one, his observations of language), and develope a character around that, instead of just throwing random quotes just to justify him being Carlin.

I really enjoy the way you are drawing Carlin, but it’s more enjoyable the way you develop the character and his personality. This is good!
